CPW services many industries, both domestic and international, including oil and gas, construction, automotive, power, engineering, and chemical. We are strategically located in Houston, Texas, the headquarters for most of the world's major oil and gas companies. We were incorporated in the state of Texas in December of 2000 and are a wholly owned subsidiary of Corinth Pipeworks S.A., Athens, Greece. As the Houston sales office for Corinth Pipeworks we handle all CPW products bought in the USA, Canada, Mexico, South America, and Australia. In addition to Corinth products, CPW America is the United States representative for several mills including MTP Brazil and Zeleziarne Podbrezova, which are managed by our Third Party Trading Division.
